Verses 9-12… Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, moves in power against the darkness!
Isaiah 54:17… 2nd Corinthians 10:3-6… Mark 16:15-20… 
          
Verse 13-15… Paul and his companions attended the reading of Scriptures in the synagogue and God opens the door for Paul to speak.
Hebrews 10:23-25… Revelation 3:7-9… 2nd Peter 1:10-11…

Verse 16… Paul appeals to those who “fear God”.
Hebrew = yirah… fear, reverence, dreadful exceeding fear.
Psalm 111:10… Psalm 112:1… Psalm 128:1… Proverbs 1:7…
