When Israel entered the land of Canaan, they were to offer their offerings from the first harvest in Canaan. They were also to offer their tithes of the third year as required under the Law. When Israel had done these things, and had done the other things that the Lord had commanded, they were to proclaim something to the Lord about the commandments that he had made. What were they to proclaim and what did this mean? In Lesson 78 of our study of Deuteronomy we learn the answer to this question.
