Divorce and remarriage in our society is prevalent. As such, it has become a touchy subject to discuss, especially in relation to the Bible, not because the Bible is unclear on it, but because men and women want an expanded right to divorce. Under the Law of Moses, divorce and remarriage itself is not heavily talked about, but in Deuteronomy 24, it is mentioned (though the 'right' to divorce was really not the reason that it was discussed). What did the Law of Moses say about divorce and remarriage? In Lesson 72 of our study of Deuteronomy we learn the answer to this question.
