Why was Sarah Abraham's "wife" and Hagar and Keturah Abraham's concubines? Why is one woman a "wife" and another a concubine? And how come all the sons born to Abraham by Keturah were not called his sons or seed?

Sarah died when Abraham was 137 and he had great grandsons by Katurah. If he died at 175, when did he take Katurah? Before or after Sarah died?
