"But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart." Luke 2:19

Mary was a virgin and had a baby apart from any human instrumentality. God intervened in the laws of physiology and did this miracle. Mary understood that this baby came without a man, but she was only 14 or 15 years old and was not fully comprehending everything that was going on. She heard what the angel said to her but she was still reaching for understanding.

Earlier in this verse it says, "with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.”
So Mary was pondering all these things. She was connecting her prophetic understanding; she was connecting all the dots.

It is so important for us to pay attention to all the prophetic words we receive and the things that God has spoken to us directly. God is a fulfiller. He intends to paint a picture for you to confirm that everything going on around you is for a reason and a purpose, but He needs for you to connect the dots. If you don’t connect the dots then you may never get to where God wants you to go.

God is laying everything out for you! The road may have some hardship on it but it’s a good road! Mary chose to take a step back and look at everything going on. She connected all the dots. What you ever heard the phrase, “Do you get the picture?” That’s what God is saying to you! He is on your side and He’s moving on your behalf. Do you ever get the picture that the fight you’re in, isn’t over? God is about to show up and show off His mighty power for you.
