BRING ORDER TO THE SITUATION | Luke 8:49-56 
Luke 8:49–56 (NIV84) While Jesus was still speaking, someone came from the house of Jairus, the synagogue ruler. “Your daughter is dead,” he said. “Don’t bother the teacher any more.” 50 Hearing this, Jesus said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed.” 51 When he arrived at the house of Jairus, he did not let anyone go in with him except Peter, John and James, and the child’s father and mother. 52 Meanwhile, all the people were wailing and mourning for her. “Stop wailing,” Jesus said. “She is not dead but asleep.” 53 They laughed at him, knowing that she was dead. 54 But he took her by the hand and said, “My child, get up!” 55 Her spirit returned, and at once she stood up. Then Jesus told them to give her something to eat. 56 Her parents were astonished, but he ordered them not to tell anyone what had happened. 
 
A. Jesus brought order to everyone’s emotions by removing the hopelessness 
 
B. Jesus eliminated the confusion and chaos immediately 
 
C. Bringing order, set the atmosphere for miracles 
 
D. Bringing order, eliminated the devil from the situation 
 
E. Bringing order, hindered the reign of death 
 
F. Jesus did not work the miracle until order was in the situation 
 
G. After he changed the emotional order, He structured His team

Luke 8:49-50 
 
These were busy times in the life of the Lord Jesus. It is at a point in His ministry that almost everybody was flocking to see Him. 
 
 In just this chapter of Luke, He had; 
• cast the demons out of a woman, 
• taught a large crowd of disciples, 
• calmed the wind and seas, 
• cast demons out of a fellow from Gadera, and 
• healed a woman who had been sick 12 years 
 
Jairus had approached Jesus, asking Him to help his little girl, and Jesus was on His way to the house. 
 
 But a woman, who had been hopelessly ill for twelve years, pushed her way through the crowds, and, from the way we would look at things, had forced herself upon the Lord. He was busy, but she stole His time. 
 
By the time Jesus got through with her, the little girl was dead. And Jairus's servants said, "TROUBLE NOT THE MASTER!" 
 
I. THE HOPELESS STATE 
II. A HOPELESS SENTENCE 
III.A HOPE FILLED STATEMENT 
 
There are two voices speaking to you and me; 
One voice is saying, "It is hoplesss, what is the use, don’t bother going to God."
