Our bodies have limits which we cannot improve beyond. The only person who is able give us a marvelous and wonderful improvement in our physical bodies, is the Person who created them, and that is the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. God uses the model of our Lord’s own resurrection body, as the model, example and pattern by which He will improve the physical body of every single Christian. The capacity of our new physical bodies will be designed in some way to serve God and glorify God in ways that we have never been able to do before. The conclusion of the Gospel of Luke describes the appearance of Jesus to His disciples that seemed too good to be true. Jesus enabled them to understand the scriptures, blessed them and provided the Holy Spirit to fill them. Jesus was physically parted from His disciples in Jerusalem, but they nor we need ever be separated from Him and His love.

Good and True | Luke 24:33-53 | Calvary Chapel Sydney

Good Shepherd is a non-denominational, Bible church made up of people who love Jesus Christ and share a love for solid, expositional preaching from the Bible and vibrant worship that glorifies God.
