When Colton Holloway returns home from another tour of duty, he is welcomed with open arms from the love of his wife and two kids. His life is perfect, tranquil, and nothing could ever take that away from him. That is, until his wife, Claire, dies suddenly from a brain aneurysm. Distraught after her death, Colton loses all his hope and faith in God. Now a single father raising his two younger children, Colton struggles to maintain his composure and sanity as he catapults into a downward spiral of melancholy and self-destruction. Where in the present day, Colton will be pulled into an apocalyptic war over a cure in New York City, trying to find reason in this world of Sorrow as the buildings begin to collapse all around him, and those that he loves dearest. And alas, the future finds Colton trapped in orbit above the Earth in the enigmatic Space Station, Exodus. Secrets, lies, and mysteries begin to unravel tremendous revelations as Colton is consumed by Fear that he may never be able to come back home. Each part of his soul realizes that they are lost and need to find the way back to reality; but what they don't know is that the real Colton is dying, and slowly drifting away. As each of them searches to find themselves and their way back home, it's a race against time as they must put aside their issues to discover the true meaning of life, and why they are really here.
