Do a quick survey of books and sermons in the last few decades, and you will quickly notice a fascination with the word “radical.” To prove my own susceptibility to trends, I picked up David Platt’s Radical from Mardel today. I’m sure I will enjoy it, but I have to confess some resistance on my part toward “radical” anything.
