The north and the south then hast created them: Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in thy Name. As in Psalms 89:11 "heaven and earth" stand for all creation, the whole of the material universe, so here the four points of the compass designate the same. Tabor and Herman undoubtedly represent the west and the east.
