 14 Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. 
I will believe that God is in control of my life and not me!

A Warning to The Rich

1. Hoarding – You have hoarded wealth in the last days 
2. Defrauding – The wages you failed to pay the workmen who mowed your fields 
3. Pleasure – You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence 
4. Condemned – You have condemned and murdered innocent men, who were not opposing you 
 
Deuteronomy 8:18 NIV Remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth. 
Proverbs 11:25 A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.

1 John 3:1 NIV How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! 
If we don’t see God’s love more clearly we will not be the people who make a significance difference in our world. 
A definition of God’s love – To express unconditional affection, selective correction and to provide the highest quality of existence now and forever. 
How large is God’s love? Ephesians 3:17–19 NIV And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. 
WHAT DOES GOD REALLY THINK ABOUT ME 
1. God’s plan for me is to prosper. Jeremiah 29:11 NIV For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 
2. God has called me His friend. John 15:13–15 NIV Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. 14 You are my friends if you do what I command. 15 I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. 
3. God emotionally identifies with my pain, joys, hope and dreams. 3. Refuse to seek love in cheap substitutes. 1 John 2:15–17 (NIV84) Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world. 17 The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever.
