We learn the context of Hebrews 3:7-15 from Exodus 17. There, Israel quarreled and complained that God led them out of Egypt to have them die of thirst. They confronted Moses with their compliant, and he went to the Lord. The Lord met their need and provided water from a rock. Lacking faith, the people of God hardened their hearts because they didn’t trust God. We still rebel, just like the people of Israel when we’re not satisfied with how things are when we lose faith, we develop hard hearts. We must, therefore, defend against having hard hearts. We look at our actions, we lookout for others, and we share the love of Jesus

Don't Harden Your Heart Hebrews 3:7-15

What if your life were a recipe? If it was, then your recipe has changed a ton over the last month. There's been some new ingredients added, and some things have been taken away. Your job is to ask and answer this question: With all that God has changed, what should you keep in your life's recipe when this is all said and done? When someone asks, "What did you learn from COVID19?" What will your answer be? Where will the gospel be? You must find the power of the gospel inside all your motivations, because that, will show you changes you need to keep. Because, the gospel changes everything.
