This passage deals with the judgment of God that is coming on those who are unrighteous and outside of God's plan of redemption.  The bible clearly states here that it will be executed by Jesus in flaming fire, and to lack judgment would be unrighteous.

These pictures at the very least validate the idea that it is not a cultural practice for just the Corinthians. There is a dead zone of a about a minute towards the end because the person recording it was using the pathetic program garage band by apple. the message comes back shortly though.
