2 Thessalonians 1:8 starts this way: in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God. 
. 
All of us, I can boldly say, have thought or believed at least once in our life time...that God is our enemy! ???? 
 
Have you ever thought, asked or said: 
 
God, why didn't you do that? (like He was supposed to do it but didn't!). 
 
Or 
 
God, why did you do that? (like He wasn't supposed to do, but did it!). 
 
Or 
 
God you did that for that person, why haven't you done it for me yet? 
 
Or 
 
I don't know why God doesn't do it... 
 
✅ All these thoughts/questions show that we have believed God is NOT on our side. 
And if He's not with us, He is against us! 
 
We believed God was our enemy... 
...and sometimes deep down we still do, but we're not aware of it. 
 
???? That's why when we come across verses like 2 Thessalonians 1:8, we think it's talking about "people": 
 
In flaming fire ???????????? taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 
 
✅ We are not convinced that God is NOT man's enemy...if we were, we would have stepped into the victory as 1 John 5 says. 
 
✅ THE LOVE OF GOD overcomes all things!

What did Jesus mean when He said: "I said, you are gods, and ALL of you are Children of the Most High? This is from Psalm 82:6, which is quoted by Jesus Christ in John 10:34. 
 
But why did Jesus say You are Gods? 
 
He also continued to say: 
 
If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken), do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of God’? 
 
The Gospel of John is where Jesus begins to dive deep into Judgment. Psalm 82 starts by Judgment, saying : 
 
God stands in the congregation of the mighty; He judges among the gods. 
 
And it continues to say: How long will you judge unjustly. 
 
God calls out people and says why your Judgment is Unjust (unrighteous)? That's when He adds: I said You are Gods. 
 
It seems as man still tries to continue to insist on his judgment and not God's Judgment. That's why the context of the Judgment of God is entirely misunderstood, and every evil in the past, present and future is believed to be an 'act of God'. 
 
As Children of God, we're Elohim, made after the image of the Elohim, that we may show Him, not by the words we preach, but by the Life we manifest.

Often it's believed that 'one day' Jesus would come and establish a Kingdom on this planet, in an earthly city. Yet Jesus said in John 18:36 that "My Kingdom is not of this World". He also added, "if My Kingdom were of this World, My servants would fight". 
 
The question is, where is His Kingdom from? Where is the kingdom coming in? And where do His servants fight? 
 
Hey everyone, we're glad to be back again this week and talk about one of our favorite subjects: The KINGDOM OF GOD! 
 
For many years, the believers in Christ mistakenly have drawn their attention to external events. This kind of anticipation of a futuristic kingdom causes terror by what they see and hear. That's why they expect Jesus to come and rapture them out of this world. 
 
But contrary to this major belief, Jesus prayed to the Father that He would not take them out of the world (John 17:15). 
 
MY KINGDOM IS NOT OF THIS WOLRD MAIN MEANING: 
 
When we begin to understand where the Kingdom of God is, we forget the future coming of the kingdom. Instead, we stand in the present and learn to bring the Kingdom of God here and now. 
 
There is a place inside of us that we must fully occupy. The book of Revelation chapter 16 calls it the "The throne of the Beast". This beast has a throne and a kingdom. 
 
The servants of Jesus Christ would fight, not in this world, but where Paul fought! He writes in his second letter to Timothy: I have fought the good fight, I have kept the faith. 
 
When we begin to understand what did Jesus means when He said my kingdom is not of this world, then we can understand the war inside of us. We learn to look inside where a kingdom resides, and let that false-image of the beast to be dethroned by the Kingdom of God.
