We all have goals.  It is good to have good goals.  Without a goal we are just killing or wasting time or working aimlessly.  The best thing a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ can do, is to submit their earthly goals to God's heavenly goals for them. God's Goal for Each Christian is to Keep Growing Every Day - Zechariah 8:16 & James 5:16

If a person IS a Christian, should they live like one?  Often a Christian will practice as much as sin as they practice righteousness. Are there times in your life when things are going pretty well but then one thing happens and then then another thing happens and then another situation happens and before you know it, there are several situations out-of-control in your life?  That happens to everyone from time-to-time.  It is a horrible feeling.  How do you handle those times when your stress level becomes so high that you would say you are totally stressed out?  Sometimes we handle those stressed out times in unhealthy ways or sometimes in angry and unloving ways.  This message provides two Biblical stories - one of Joseph and the other of David.  These two men kept calm and sought the Lord.  Then, the Lord rescued both of these men from their massive levels of problems, pain, grief and being stressed out.  This message provides a list of things you can do that you can use for the rest of your life to help bring your stress down to perfect calm and peace....every time.
