John 8:58... “Amen, amen, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am.” 
Truly, take a moment to think about this declaration that Jesus has made. It puzzled the Judeans(Jews) so much that they took up stones to cast at him to kill him. They thought; how could this be? It is not possible! Jesus was from the beginning, and is the beginning and the end; the first and the last; the alpha and the omega; the Aleph Tau. Jesus is our hope, where our belief and trust should be, our light, our salvation and our King! He is our redeemer, our high priest and our mediator between God our Father and us. How amazing to be for all eternity, hence the statement, “I am.” Jesus did no say “I was” or “I will be,” but “I am.” From everlasting and to everlasting our Lord(ADNY) shall be. Let us give thanks, appreciate and praise the works that was, is and shall be done. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen and Shalom.

I Am... John 8:49-59

Let us be aware... let it be known that there was, there is and there will only be one Jesus Christ of Nazareth. We may become close with our Father God(ALHY), so that we become Christ-like, but still we are not Christ. If we claim to be, then we speak blasphemy. How can we possibly being human, make ourself a god? Or more to the point, how do we make ourself God? Words To Live By... Luke 21:7-8

Our Creator 
Have you ever stopped and thought about what YHWH God(ALHY) our Creator thinks about us? I know that our Father loves us and is loving, forgiving, merciful, patient and gracious toward us. I can only imagine all things that he truly feels. If I were the “Creator,” though I am not; I would be filled with joy and sadness. Before I continue, I would like to ask this question... if you were the “Creator,” how would you feel if something you created did not love you? What would you do? Of all the millions only some will understand what I am about, and in that I would be joyous and pleased. Of the most that follow after their own ways, I would feel so much sorrow, grief and pain. Perhaps, anger and regret as well, as I knew they could not be part of my kingdom of kindness, peace and love. There is no room for violence, wickedness, deceit or hate; so they would need to be sent to another kingdom or destroyed. Since I would still love my creations, I would never destroy them, but deliver them unto their kingdom that they desire. May we all seek after YHWH our Father and our Creator, before it is to late. The Narrow Path... Hebrews 12:12-17, Matthew 7:13-14, Luke 13:23-24

“And whosoever does not bear his cross(crossbeam/pale), and come after me, cannot be my disciple(learner/student).” 
 
If we do not bear our “cross” continually, then we do not seek after our Father. Jesus was sent to earth because our Father so loved us and desired for us to have an example(teacher) of how we should live that is righteous, holy, just and pleasing unto God(ALHY). May we live a life of sacrifice just as Jesus has done for us; as we should be living examples in this life helping others. What do others see when they look at us... our speech and our actions? Jesus is the Word and the Light; and has shown us the way. Let us live a life loving our Father and others just as our Father has loved us. Let us not give in or sell our souls to please others at the expense of displeasing our Father, but may we be strong and patient, in mind and in spirit, helping others to understand. By the grace of God, and by his will and his blessing, may we have strength, courage and go forth boldly teaching others of this Word and this Light. For we are the salt of the earth and we need to season this earth with our gift of loving example through his Holy Spirit and all the fruits thereof. Father, please help us to be fruitful and over come fear and doubt in our journey, while also blessing us with wisdom, knowledge and understanding through your Holy Spirit; in all that we are and all that we do. Please, may we not live an unfruitful life, but one that brings an abundance of fruit pleasing, glorifying and thanking you. May we not “save” our souls, but go into this world as your ambassadors and messengers glorifying your holy name. Bearing Our “Cross”... Matthew 16:24-28, Mark 8:34-38, Luke 9:23-27, 14:25-35

Jesus Christ has come to give us living water and bread of life. But also, do not we who do now eat an drink, do so until we are filled? Shall we not share with each other and those who hunger and thirst? Let us break bread with one another, that is to say, let us share by preaching and teaching the word of our Father. Please Father, increase our understanding so we may teach and speak your glorious gospel(good spell) to all that hunger and thirst. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen and Shalom

May we make the most of every day!

For if God(ALHY) has blessed us with and provide all things, then why do we not share with others what has been shared with us? Let us not put off for tomorrow what we can do now... this very moment! May we live life freely and richly towards our Father and others. May we love our Father with all our heart, soul, strength and mind; and may we love each other as ourself. The Barn... Luke 12:13-26

Jesus sends forth his disciples to preach the kingdom of God(ALHY), but he also gave them power and authority over all demons, to cure diseases and to heal the sick. This is truly wonderful and amazing. To assure that the disciples were not giving people the wrong impression, they were not to bring anything with them on their journey. No staff, no bag, no bread, no money and no coats. So they did as they were instructed, but they were still spiritually young. They still had much to learn and understand about the kingdom of God. There is only so much you can learn from listening and reading; you also learn from doing. We need to try and not to be fearful. Unfortunately, we will make mistakes, but we shall learn from them. Our Father, please guide us in our journey as we travel to those who we meet, that we may also spread the message of your word, your way and your kingdom. Perhaps we are, or are not, able to have power over demons, to cure diseases or heal the sick; but if we shall, then please enlighten us, make us aware and may we understand how we can help. Two By Two... Matthew 10:1-16, Mark 6:7-13, Luke 9:1-6

Jesus calms the storm! 
Jesus and his disciples boarded a boat(floater) and they sailed across the Sea of Galilee so that they may reach the other side. As Jesus slept during their crossing, a wind storm arose, tossed the boat and was filling with water. The disciples feared that they would perish so they awoke Jesus. Much to their amazement, he calmed the storm and asked his disciples, “Where is your belief?” Our Father has given his son control over all things; as he has placed his power and kingdom in the hands of his son. Even the very hairs on your head are numbered. Satan could not tempt Job without the permission of YHWH. May we remember to seek and trust in our Father in all things, no matter how difficult or challenging things may seem. May we not panic, doubt, fear or lose hope; but may we have belief and be patient. The disciples faced stormy waters fearing for their lives. What in your life is causing your life to become stormy? Is your boat of life being rocked, rained upon or tossed with wind? How are you handling your trying times? Let not your heart be troubled, but may it be filled with strength, peace and comfort even in the most troubling of times. Look to our Father, through his son Jesus. Father, please send your Holy Spirit to help us and bless us with your strength, peace and comfort; helping and aiding us through the stormy times in our lives. Being born into this world and upon this earth, at what age do we begin to build our earthly empires? What have we gained if we have gained the whole world, but lose our souls? Upon our death, do we believe that we can take anything with us? We do not take our wealth with us, but it remains behind for others to have control over and use. We labor so long and hard for something others will partake of. So how and for what purpose shall we labor? We should not build our life upon riches, but upon God(ALHY) our Father. What our Father has provided and blessed us with, may we give thanks and enjoy; but not hoarding like the barn builder in Luke 12:13-21. For some of us, riches has and/or will become our downfall unless we can overcome this darkness... this emptiness... this void... this vanity. For with what we are blessed with, may we share with and help others. For we have freely received, so may we freely give. God does not want you to store away your blessing, but to use and share with others; just as he has done with us. In so doing, we store up treasures in the heavens. Are we being good stewards? Father, please help us to know and understand the gifts you have bestowed upon us; using them wisely and being thankful, but not foolishly or being wasteful. May we give thanks always in the name of your son Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen and shalom.

Which should be in Jesus Christ and not the letter of the law. The law is in vain if your belief, hope, love and trust is not in our ADNY(Lord). This is the whole point of a servant becoming a son... of just following with our lips as to following with our heart. Is it just our lips that praise our Father, or everything that we are? Psalm 19:14 says, “May the words of my lips and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in Your sight YHWH, my rock and my redeemer.” So it is not just our outside, but what is inside us that matters. Our outsides have become vanity while our insides have become wretched and wicked. We have become mere shells of “dead men’s bones.” May we turn to and accept Jesus Christ in our lives and may he change our hearts. For we were born of the flesh, but now need to be born of the spirit. May we seek, knock and ask the kingdom and may we find, the door be opened and may it be given to us... blessed Father, please hear us, come into us, change our lives and purify us from this lost state of being. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.

From Genesis where Cain and Able who made sacrifices to YHWH; to other writings of the Bible where priests have made sacrifices of rams, bulls and other to our Father making atonement for sin, eventually to the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus, our Father’s very own generated son, who was sacrificed for our sin... who died for us that we may live. What is our sacrifice? How do we live our lives... pleasing our Father, or pleasing ourselves? Are we like Cain where our ways, our actions and our thoughts are second rate and not pleasing? Or are we like Abel and they are giving our best? Do we live by belief, or just say that we believe and are prodigal? Scripture mentions that sacrifices to our Father to be perfect and without blemish... giving only the best and the first fruits as a sacrifice. We live our lives and eventually pass on, but is our life a sacrifice to Him? Are we cleaning only the outside and not the inside? Are our outsides beautiful, clean and pleasing while yet our insides are wretched, filthy an wicked? Let us not only cleanse the outside of our cups... our temples... our bodies, but the inside as well filling them with holiness and not corruption. May we be pleasing in all our ways to our Father, and may we be cleansed, chastened and purified by Him living a holy life glorifying Him. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen

Luke 12:56... “Hypocrites, you can discern the face of the heavens(sky) and of the earth(land); yet how is it you are not discerning this time(era/season)?” 
Jesus speaks of how critical it is to realize the time we live in. At that time, it was not to bring peace on earth, but division. For some shall believe that he is the son of God(ALHY); and some will not. We must bear our cross continually, and believe continually! “This time” will bring about the death and resurrection of Jesus; and the destruction of the temple of Jerusalem. How easy it is to tell the weather, but still that we may be blind to what is going on around us. What is and what will be going on around us now is still the same as it was them. We must understand that there is still spiritual work to be done. We must go about the business of our Father, just as his son Jesus had done, and is doing. Let us not hold onto something that will not last, but may we seek and hold on tightly to that which lasts for eternity. Father, help us to see and understand the urgency of “this time.” Please guide and direct us in our spiritual work glorifying you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen and Shalom.

By the will of God... 
 
May all things be done by the will of our Father God YHWH and not by our will. For if things are allowed to happen, they are by His will; there are no coincidences and nothing by chance. God gives and He also takes away. Some times we see things we happen and ask “Why?,” but there is even a reason why famines, pestilences, diseases, earthquakes and wars have, are and will happen. May His will be done on earth as in the heavens. Let us not be so wise as to think that we know and understand all things, for the foolishness of God is wiser than man. May we give Him thanks in all things and fear, honor, respect and love our Father for this is wisdom; and to depart from our own will, our own ways, and our own darkness, this is understanding. So let us trust in our Father with all our heart, soul, strength and mind, and acknowledge Him as our Father... bowing down and worshipping Him in spirit and in truth and not to any idol or graven image which are made by the hands of man which rusts, perishes, decays and can be stolen. May we seek Him and His will and give glory and thanks to Him for all things, for He is our Creator in which all things were created by Him and for Him. May we seek you Father and find, know, hope and trust in you... having a relationship with you. May we be blessed with Your patience, strength, courage and understanding, but by your will Father. By the will of God...

By His Will... Romans 1:9-10, James 4:15-16, Matthew 6:10

We shall witness, but also not bear false witness 
 
You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor and even more importantly, against our Lord or our God. This is one area that perhaps is overlooked in our lives, that is, what Jesus Christ has done for us. Have we led ourselves astray by seeking that which keeps us down or inhabits us? Do we allow our fleshly senses to control us, being led about by sight, sound smell, taste and touch? We are lusting, wanting, coveting and desiring our lives away. Let us take a moment and take a step back to find out what controls and strangles our very being. May our Father purify us so that we overcome these things. May we follow Him when He calls us as a shepherd calls his sheep, for the sheep know the voice of their shepherd. May we be blessed so as to find this path, and strength and courage to walk this road. May we walk the narrow path and make our paths straight. How wonderful it is to bear witness of what our Lord has done for us in our lives; so shall we “not bear false witness,” nor doubt, nor hide, nor fear... but believe, go forth boldly and have courage, Thank you Father for Lord, our shepherd, our Savior... through whom you granted us salvation... Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen

We shall witness, but also not bear false witness

You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor and even more importantly, against our Lord or our God. This is one area that perhaps is overlooked in our lives, that is, what Jesus Christ has done for us. Have we led ourselves astray by seeking that which keeps us down or inhabits us? Do we allow our fleshly senses to control us, being led about by sight, sound smell, taste and touch? We are lusting, wanting, coveting and desiring our lives away. Let us take a moment and take a step back to find out what controls and strangles our very being. May our Father purify us so that we overcome these things. May we follow Him when He calls us as a shepherd calls his sheep, for the sheep know the voice of their shepherd. May we be blessed so as to find this path, and strength and courage to walk this road. May we walk the narrow path and make our paths straight. Let us truly realize what our Lord wants from us in our everyday lives. In all things, we must put God first, not ourselves. If we live life with this in our mind and in our hearts, we will not sin. We will not seek after worldly things, but treasures in the heavens. Blessed are the poor ones in spirit are those that seek and desire the Holy Spirit. Blessed are those who mourn, are meek, which hunger and thirst after righteousness, are merciful, are pure in heart, are peacemakers, are persecuted, and that weep. All of this is the will of God. All of this is striving to be more like the way He wants us to live our lives and walk the narrow path that leads to the kingdom of the heavens. This is our reward... our treasure... to be comforted, to inherit the earth, to be filled, to obtain mercy, to see God, to be sons of God, to obtain the kingdom of the heavens, to obtain the reward, to be filled, and to laugh and be full of the Holy Spirit. 
 
Oh merciful Father, please lead us in the path of righteousness for the sake of your name; and if it be your will, may we help others to find this path. Please forgive us our laziness, but let us be good laborers in your harvest. Thank you. In the name of your son Christ Jesus. Amen.
