I, Amos Oommen, Pastor of the Church of the Firstborn, through the grace of Yeshua Ha Mashiyach, started Bible study and prayer and fasting in my home and eventually members gathered, and a small congregation was assembled in a year and finally worship service was started on the first day of the week on September 1994. Later when the member increased, we named the church as the “Church of the Firstborn” in accordance with the scripture of Hebrew 12:23 and subsequently registered on August 1998. Our desire was and is and will remain, to rebuild the broken-down walls of human lives for the glory of Messiah, as mentioned in the book of Nehemiah. Our goal is to get an unreached person to the salvation of Christ and teach a believing person the commandment of the Apostles, established on the day of Pentecost, where the first church was established.
