I am a Benedictine Oblate ( a layperson consecrated to live as a Benedictine monk in the world) who was inspired to start a channel devoted to the prayer of the Psalms. Emphasis will be placed on the Psalms since the Psalms are a spiritual link between all Christians and Jews. I reflect on individual Psalms, chant the Psalms, and post vlogs about how the Psalms can aid us in the spiritual battle. I also may post musical settings of the Psalms. The whole point is to promote Biblical Spirituality, unity and peace through common prayer of the Psalter in the Spirit. Our # 1 purpose is divine worship and service. Everything else is 2nd.
