Daniel Surya Avula is the founding pastor of Grace Life Church and Fullness of Joy Ministries, Vizag. He was born in Andhra Pradesh. At Honeywell, he started his professional career as an instrumentation and control systems engineer. He then traveled to more than twenty-five countries and worked with several multi-national companies on various continents. While working in Abu Dhabi, he sensed a desire for ministry. He loved reading and obeying the word of God. Warren Wiersbe’s commentaries helped him to learn God’s word. Besides, he was attracted to the teaching of John MacArthur, pastor-teacher at Grace Community Church, Sun Valley, USA. The sovereign hand of the Lord led Daniel to The Master’s Seminary, Los Angeles. He left his job in 2012 and moved to the US with his family pursuing theological studies. He holds Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and Master of Theology (Th.M.) degrees from The Master’s Seminary. He is trained in Biblical languages Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic.
