What does it take for us to truly believe something?  The secret to belief is to take Jesus at His word.  Unbelief is called a sin because it is to doubt God.  It took a while and many appearances for the disciples to finally believe the truth about Jesus being raised to life.  How much time is wasted because of unbelief?  How much blessing is missed because we don’t take Jesus at His word?  How much anxiety is created because we don’t trust Him?  Join us on Sunday as we look at Mark 16:9-14 and consider the doubt of the disciples and what we can learn from it.

As we consider all that is going on around us today, the feelings created by the uncertainty of tomorrow and the next day, I want us to come to the foot of the cross and see the incredible lesson and hope that Jesus offers for us TODAY!  We see the cross of Jesus as He hangs upon it suffering, we can talk about the gruesome nature of that torment, but something that we need to see is that there are two other cross and it is intentional from the Father. Here in, we can see the love of God on display, the master teacher, God the Father, showing us a picture that is worthy of all our gratitude and hope in the darkness.  The two criminals that hung beside Jesus give us the greatest lesson we could ever learn.  Join us online this Sunday as we look at Mark 15:24-35 and see the reality of God’s love for us and the hope that we have in Jesus.
