Life is the capacity to grow, be functional and continually change.  When we refuse to accept that, we refuse life…we’re merely existing.  Being illuminated acts as a guiding light. Accepting the information and help makes us more responsible and accountable human beings.

God doesn’t want to wait for eternity, He desires to reveal Himself and enjoy life with us now. A major way He expresses and reveals Himself to us is through His Word. The relationship with Him illuminates us which keeps Him and His word from being misinterpreted or misrepresented.

We know societies idea of man; but today we find out or are reminded of God’s original idea by going back to when He first created us.  While creating, the Bible says he used his voice and words. When it was time to create man, He took His time and used his own hands…breathed in him the Breath of Life which made man a living soul.  Man; a living soul with all the qualities it takes to be a credit to ourselves and society, not a menace.

Jesus’ Resurrection is the key to how Christians think, feel, decide, etc.  Through His ultimate sacrifice we receive both, eternal life with Him and spiritual power to enjoy life here and make it there. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. As adults, we quickly find out if what we were taught or handed down (learned) works or not and we can choose to either perpetuate that which will be positive and effective or that which will ultimately result in ones downfall.  We are who we choose to be!

The communication or communion between the Creator God and His creation (humanity) is always open and available.  The more we communicate, the stronger the relationship, the more we learn the “how too” to keep things in good standings.  God’s love, care and concern is for all of His people and He desires His people to turn that same Love, Care, Concern to Him as well as one another.  This type of carrying-on in turn will produce good results and responses for us all.

Contrary to popular beliefs “No man is an Island therefore no man stands alone.”  It wasn’t God’s original intent that we would do it all by ourselves or even have to.  Independence is great but only to a certain degree or extent.  There’s a balance and order to everything.  Too independent of any help or assistance especially from God only frustrate lives and exposes just how insufficient we really are.  There’s nothing great about living a partial life and experiencing everything in partial form.  If we connect to the Vine (Jesus Christ), we can all live and experience the fullness of life because the Life Giver will supply us with the resources to be productive.

John’s letter once again reveals the characteristic and nature of Christ along with His pure intentions to connect, love and aid us in healthy living and productivity that  will sustain us for a life time on through our eternity.

The Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John still bring good news about Jesus’ birth, life, interaction, teaching, mentoring, ministry, death, burial and resurrection.  John explains Who the Word is and what it can do when read/studied with an opened heart and mind.  The Words are Jesus himself and they/he has the ability to literally jump off the page on behalf of a reader/believer to positively shape a persons life in a major way.

In Acts 3, we can see the true intentions of God as well as those who genuinely serve Him.  It’s not just about dealing with those outside concerns (they are important), but to make sure whatever changes that need to be made are permanent, God always starts the work from within.  Most people will always pretend they don’t exist or ignore them, society always look on the outward appearance but God looks at the heart. God always starts right there at the point of our weaknesses.  He starts from within and work His way out.  Ultimately, good changes and adjustments that are made within will always display productive finishes outwardly.

Acts 3: 3-7 “Be Strengthened” 7-5-2020

Life is full of challenges and hard choices which sometimes make it easier to avoid or pretend as if the difficulties don’t exist.  Moses encouraged us then and is doing so now by reminded us that the Promise Land and the Promises of God  still belong to us.  Remember the mistakes of your prior generation, learn from it, gather yourselves and move forward with spiritual intelligence, trust, love and obedience in God.  Take your positions, this is your moment and season!
