I know that I cannot save myself. I repent of my sins (turn away from my sins) and put my faith in the blood that You shed for me on the cross to pay for all my sins. I now accept You as my Lord and Savior, Lord Jesus Christ, and I will live and serve You as the God of my life, and I trust You to take me to Heaven one day. Thank You for saving me, Lord Jesus. Amen." After being saved by Jesus, serve God. Let the Holy Spirit lead you. Obey God. Separate from the world (worldly living) and live for Christ. Confess your faults to God, forgive others, repent daily.
