Morning Verses With Mike
I'm doing daily Bible verse readings to share, grow, and impact others for good!

1 Chronicles 29:12 (NLT)
'Wealth and honor come from you alone, for you rule over everything. Power and might are in your hand, and at your discretion people are made great and given strength.'

God is the great decider. This is a reminder to not just praise God in private. When praying and having that conversation with him. But also when we believe, just like we like to hear accolades of our good deeds, it is worthwhile to praise Him publically too. All too often, people will praise in private they speak to God in whispers only. But when we find the strength to give that public acceptance God rewards that strength with even greater strength and riches.

For example, we the people vote and believe we elect a president, but truly, the person God had chosen to be president is who wins the race. David was fully and clearly aware that it was God that made him great.
