Look at this verse through a New Covenant lens. We don't have to worry about the what or the where of the will of God. The will of God is a "who." It's Jesus and He's given us His Spirit to lead us, guide us, live His life through us. When we experience His presence we experience great joy. We have the incredible privilege of living in Him and having Him live in us. So, we are never alone and we have the promise He will never leave us or forsake us. That is a life full of pleasure!
