We love gathering together with friends, family, and co-workers; whether it's one-to-one or a group. We were made to be together, but these gatherings are not always as smooth as we like. We bump up against one another in different ways and real community can be hard to come by sometimes. We come this Sunday to worship the Lord who is doing the work of gathering a people for himself, who are centered upon Christ. We are the one body of Christ who are uniquely unified in Christ. That is what bonds us as a body. Come this Sunday to worship as we look at the God who gathers his people together, calling us to live as beloved children of our heavenly Father.
