In this passage there is a man name Philip preaching the gospel to an unnamed Eunuch. Upon reception of the gospel the Eunuch immediately wished to be baptized. One thing we learn from this passage is that we should all seek to share God's word and help lead someone else to a point of public commitment. Baptism is a public commitment. This process reflects what a person has already privately done in their personal life. They are now publicly telling the world that they have received Jesus Christ into their life as their personal lord an savior. Question, have you been baptized? Have you share with the world that Jesus Christ is your lord? If not, what is stopping you from doing it now?
