The enemy was hung… on his own gallows… and, his wealth was plundered. But, the lives of the Jews… were still in jeopardy… from his evil work. So, God made certain… a message was sent… a death sentence was renounced… the enemy of God’s people was thrown down… and, a sword was given to God’s covenant people… that they could use… to destroy… and plunder… their enemies. This story… is a microcosm… of the story of the gospel of God’s Kingdom.
