a. He did rend Heaven and come down

talking with Moses and Ellijah – He was 
 
Heaven’s fulfillment of the Law and the

1 Peter 1:17-20 If you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one's work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay on earth; knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you

the reason God chose a nation 
He had to come from somewhere 
He is equated with the nation here 
 
Rejected by Israel (4)

That’s much smaller than God’s plan 
 
Romans 11:1-2a, 12 I say then, God has not rejected His people, has He? May it never be! For I too am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. God has not rejected His people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel? …Now if their transgression is riches for the world and their failure is riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their fulfillment be! 
 
 
The Plan is Salvation, Help, Protection, Restoration, Inheritance, Freedom, Revelation, Satisfaction, Comfort, Gathering (7-12)

James 1:5-8 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. For that man ought not to expect that he will receive anything from the Lord, being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. 
 
• Doubting is judging between, “withholding judgment” - Dudar es juzgar entre, "reteniendo juicio" 
 
1 Kings 18:21 Elijah came near to all the people and said, "How long will you hesitate between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him." But the people did not answer him a word. 
 
 
II. John went to Jesus with his doubt - Juan fue a Jesús con su duda
