In this video, we take a closer look at Jesus's words when He states in Matt. 16:24, "If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me." 
What is Jesus proclaiming with these words?

In this video, we take a deeper look at 1 Peter 3:18-22 to demonstrate the baptism which eternally saves us is of the Spirit, not of the flesh.  Several supporting verses in the Book of Galatians, the Book of Romans, and elsewhere are utilized to show the essential baptism for salvation is a believer's immersion by the Spirit into the body of Christ, not the immersion of the flesh into water.  Beware of false prophets and counterfeit churches which erroneously teach the false doctrine of baptismal regeneration as, truly, it's simply a symptom of trusting in man's righteousness for forgiveness and redemption and a disbelief in the sufficiency of the finished, redemptive work of Jesus Christ.

1 Peter 3:21: A deeper look into the essential baptism for salvation.

1 John 3:9 is definitive proof "Once Saved Always Saved" is biblical truth. The born-again believer who has heard and believed the gospel of Jesus Christ cannot lose their salvation because the spiritually regenerated creature born of God cannot sin. 
1 John 3:9 is not speaking of the flesh, but of the Spirit. It's not speaking of the natural man born of and by the flesh, but the new man born of and by the Spirit. It's not referring to earthly things, it's speaking of heavenly things. 
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. (John 3:6-7)

1 John 3:9: A born-again believer cannot lose their salvation ever.

1 John 3:9 wholly demonstrates why once saved always saved is absolute biblical truth.  A born-again believer is truly a new creature which has been spiritually regenerated by the power of God and translated into His spiritual kingdom.  This new creation has never sinned and will never sin.  This spiritual regeneration cannot sin as it rests in the eternally secure sinless body of Christ unto the day of redemption.  1 John 3:9 is speaking of the spirit, not the flesh.  Its relating heavenly things, not earthly things.  Beware of false prophets, counterfeit churches, and even modern Bible perversions which come against the doctrine of a believer having eternal security in Christ.  A born-again believer can never lose their salvation!  Believers can rest assured in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ our Savior! 1 John 3:9: Proof "Once Saved Always Saved" is absolute biblical truth.

In this video, we use a short clip from a church of Christ sermon to illustrate the obvious works-based false gospel this counterfeit church teaches.  The false prophets of the churches of Christ will blatantly twist Scripture in order to teach their false plan of salvation which glorifies their own works of righteousness while denying the sufficiency of the finished, redemptive work of Jesus Christ.  Specifically, we see in this video how a false prophet through the twisting of God's Word can use verses like Ephesians 2:8-9 and John 3:14-16 to teach a works-based false gospel to the poor sheep of their congregation.  My prayers are for this video to reach those confused by the church of Christ's false gospel (like most of the members of this congregation listening to this sermon) and that the Light of the true gospel be revealed to them.  I trust the Spirit to guide into truth those with eyes to see and ears to hear within this congregation and others like it.  Amen.

"Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish": The meaning of Luke 13:3-5

In this video, we search the Scriptures to better understand who the young man stripped of his linen clothes and left naked at the scene of Jesus's betrayal might have been. 
This curious event is found only in Mark 14:51-52, not being mentioned in the other gospels. 
Who is this young man and what significance does this event relate? 
Could this same young man be anonymously referred to earlier on multiple occasions in the gospels? 
And could this same young man be referenced by name at the end of all four gospels?

He bears witness to the Father in Heaven and in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. 
He also bears record to the promise of God that He gives us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. 
We receive the free gift of eternal life through faith in the finished, redemptive work of Jesus Christ.

Many asked Jesus during His ministry how to do the works of God. 
Jesus simply replied in John 6:29, "...This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent." 
With this statement, Jesus tells them the works of man can't equal the works of God. He is stating God's work of eternal life is not earned by man's works, but only by Him through His salvific work. 
Our faith is NOT a work! 
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works lest any man should boast. (Eph. 2:8-9)

John 6:29: What is the work of God?

In this video, we study James 3:10-18 in context with James warning his fellow brethren of the many false prophets teaching and spreading false gospels among the 12 tribes scattered abroad. These false prophets spoke earthly, sensual, and devilish doctrines because they falsely taught to trust in the works of man as part of salvation rather than resting in the finished, redemptive work of Jesus Christ. 
In this passage, James is both warning and rebuking his fellow brethren of these false teachings and to stand steadfast in the true gospel of peace found only through Jesus Christ.

To get a better understanding, the first three chapters of 1 Corinthians is utilized to show the difference between God's wisdom and man's wisdom. The perfect wisdom of God found through the words of the Bible and the Word, Jesus Christ, is infinitely superior to the fallible, erroneous wisdom of men. 
Continuing with the study, we cover many examples of the errors of man's wisdom found in the world, evident both within and outside religion. 
Ultimately, the Word of God is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart and, without fail, will identify where the heart of man is placing his trust, whether it's in God's wisdom or man's. 
God's wisdom is only found through faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ and will always lead one who trusts in Him into knowledge of the way, the truth, and eternal life. 
On the other hand, man's wisdom is full of the hypocrisy of thieves and robbers who attempt to enter into God's sheepfold their own way, by another way, by the broad way of their own devices. 
Avoid the false prophets of false religions who deny Jesus Christ as the Son of God and the false scientists who deny the existence of God through the foolishness of their pride. Avoid the broad way of man's wisdom which has a dead end and enter in through the narrow of God's wisdom through faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ. By grace, through faith, in Christ alone!

Matt. 18:3: Become as little children - A story of childlike faith

This is a short excerpt of a longer video published discussing the baptism seen in Acts 2:38-41. Most will teach that this is a water baptism and some will even use these verses to teach that one has to be water baptized to be saved. This false teaching of baptismal regeneration is seen in many counterfeit churches such as Catholicism, the church of Christ, Mormonism, and others. But salvation is not achieved by any works of righteousness that we do, including the act of water baptism.
